Connect only the health information you choose.

Apple Health is optional. You choose which categories ZOSAVI can access, such as steps, sleep, or workouts. You can change those permissions in the Health app, and manual logging is available when you prefer to enter information yourself.

Know how AI uses your information.

AI helps power meal estimates, Solara coaching, and personalized insights. Processing can include information you submit and relevant wellness summaries. ZOSAVI uses its services on Google Cloud and OpenAI to provide these features.

AI processing is part of the account agreement you accept when you sign up. You can turn AI processing off at any time in the app under Settings & Support → AI & Privacy. While it is off, the app does not send new AI requests and AI features stop working, while manual logging, editing, and viewing your existing information keep working. Turning AI off does not recall requests already sent or delete uploaded files. Apple Health permissions are a separate choice.

Your health data is not for sale.

We do not sell or broker your health data, and we do not use Apple Health data for advertising. We use information to operate your account, provide the features you use, maintain reliability and security, and help with support requests.

A clear path to account deletion.

In the ZOSAVI app, open the menu (☰) → Account & Plan → Sign out or delete account → Delete Account. You can delete right away or schedule deletion in 30 days. A scheduled deletion can be canceled in the app before its deadline; signing in alone does not cancel it. When deletion runs, your account and its account-linked ZOSAVI content are permanently removed. Some limited operational records, including pseudonymous usage records, may remain. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Get account and subscription help.
